What I Do Do

Standard Procedure

  • 1. DM Yukai about the details.

  • 2. Fill out the forms that Yukai sends you.

  • 3. Yukai sends you the invoice.

  • 4. We on the commission:

  • Sketching: 2 free revisions

  • Line Refining: 1 free revision

  • Coloring: free revisions until you are satisfied.

  • 5. You payout the rest (if it's more than $200).

  • 6. Yukai packs the files and sends them to you.

Terms of Service

READ THESE FIRST

  • All prices in USD.

  • Paypal payment only.

  • Pricing of Illustrations varies upon the design.

  • The Paypal International Online Transaction Fee will be calculated and included in the final amount.

  • Yukai will not start working until the payment has been made and confirmed.

  • For orders more than $200, you can do partial payment with at least 50% paid upfront.

  • If the order is urgent, an extra 50% charge will be added to the original fee.

Terms of Commercial Usage

Terms only apply to illustrations.
(chibi illustrations excluded)

  • (Standard Price) Personal Usage: Social Media

  • (2x Price) Commercial Usage: Streaming, Making Merchandises.

  • May change to a royalty payment upon discussion with Yukai.

Rights

  • We the right to refuse a commission.

  • We have the right to work on the commission during streams.

  • We can post WIP to her social medias.

  • We can use the finished drawing as a part of the portfolio unless the customer is not comfortable with it.

  • You can crop the image as you want.

  • Do NOT claim the works as yours.

  • Properly credit us when you post the work on social media.

Note

  • Yukai will be in close contact with the commissioner during the period of work.

  • Please be active in the forms of contact provided previously, as the process cannot move forward without Commissioner approval at a variety of stages.

  • Commissions will NOT be operated on a "First Come First Serve" basis.

Streaming Usage

  • The Prices of PNG's for the usage of streaming will not include a background unless specified in the commission order form.

  • The price will be automatically doubled (due to the commercial usage clause).
